Share your booking page

Guests pick a time themselves. You need the Bookings plan, or the Bookings add-on on Core.

  1. Find your web address

    When you signed up you chose a slug. Your public booking page lives at /r/your-slug on the Kaday booking app (same slug you set for the business). You can copy it from signup success or from booking settings in the app.

  2. Share the link

    Send the link on WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Business, or your website’s Book button. Guests open it on their phone — no app install required for them.

  3. Optional: embed on your site

    If you have your own website, use the embeddable booking widget from Kaday so the diary sits on your pages. The public page still works as a standalone link either way.

  4. Watch the diary in POS

    Staff see new reservations in the same Kaday login. Confirm, seat, or adjust from the reservations view — you don’t need a second booking tool.
