Before you start
Which devices work?
Kaday runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer you already have. Nothing to install. Each person on your team signs in with their own email and password.
Running more than one site?
Each site gets its own account, with its own menu, bookings, payouts, loyalty and team.For volume pricing, send an enterprise enquiry.
Is there a lock-in contract?
The trial is 14 days. After it ends, the subscription renews on the plan you chose until you cancel.
How do I take card payments without a terminal?
A guest scans a QR code and pays by card on their own phone. Card payouts need Stripe Connect, set up once. Kaday adds no fee to card payments. Cash works without Stripe. Tap to Pay on your phone is coming with the Kaday app.
Already have a card reader?
Keep using it. Take the card on your SumUp or other terminal as usual, then mark the bill paid in Kaday. The money settles through your reader provider, and no Stripe setup is needed for it.
When is my card charged?
Checkout asks for a card. The 14-day trial means the plan is not charged until the trial ends.
