Set up a kitchen display
Kitchen display is included in Core POS — not an add-on. Use any tablet or phone on the same login as the floor.

Open Kaday on the kitchen device
On the tablet or phone that will stay in the kitchen, open the Kaday POS app in a browser and log in with your usual staff or owner account.

Go to Kitchen
From home, open Kitchen (kitchen display). Leave that screen open — tickets appear when the floor fires an order.

Keep the screen on and easy to see
Landscape works best on tablets. Pin the browser tab or add Kaday to the home screen so staff reopen Kitchen in one tap. Turn off auto-lock if the device allows it for that screen.

Run a test ticket
On a floor device, open a table or order, add items, and fire to kitchen. The kitchen device should show the ticket within a few seconds. Mark items ready from the kitchen screen when they’re done.
