Your team

Everyone gets their own login. Roles decide what each person can do.

First steps

  1. Sign up and open Kaday POS

    The person who signs up becomes the site’s admin. Use Log in on kaday.app to open Kaday POS in the browser, on any phone, tablet or computer.

  2. Add your people

    In settings, open User Role Setup and choose Create user. Enter their email address, a starting password (at least 6 characters) and a role. Only admins can add or remove people.

  3. Share their login privately

    Give each person their email and starting password. They sign in on their own phone or whichever device they’re using that shift. They can set a new password any time with Forgot password on the sign-in screen.

  4. Remove someone who leaves

    In User Role Setup, open the menu next to their name and choose Remove user. Their login stops working and the seat is free again.

Roles

Staff
Tables, orders, the kitchen display and products — the day-to-day floor.
Manager
Everything staff can do, plus analytics, the restaurant profile and payouts. Can set a till PIN and approve larger discounts.
Owner
The same access as a manager.
Admin
Full access, including adding and removing people.

Seats

Each person counts as one seat, and seats are per site. Bookings includes 3, Core POS 5 and Everything 15. Extra seats are £3/mo each — see pricing.
